I got my taxes done from Batdulam last week. She was very lovely and genuine when it came to helping me with my taxes. It snowed on the day of my appointment and she was quick to call and offer the option to postpone my appointment because the road conditions. I had forgotten to bring one of my T4 forms and she was very patient as I had to contact my employer and request my T4 while on my appointment. I definitely will be getting my taxes done from her for as long as I can. Thank you Batdulam for your amazing service.
